SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We process and ship orders as they are received. Orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes of being placed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be invoiced for reshipping. If the package exceeds the allowed return period, no credit or cancellation will be issued.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes, but the customer is responsible for the package once the tracking number has been provided. If the shipping details are correct, our responsibility ends upon delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

All accessories, intimates, sale or discounted items (including those purchased with a discount code during a sale) are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.
We do not offer money-back refunds. Instead, an online credit will be issued once the return is processed.
A 20% penalty/restocking fee will apply if return terms and conditions are not followed.
If an order was shipped free of charge, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide return labels.
Orders refused at the time of delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If a package is returned due to excessive returns by a customer, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the credit. Excessive return behavior may lead to the denial of future service.

If a package is held at customs, the customer is responsible for any import duties or fees.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will notify the customer for reshipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Orders that exceed the return timeframe cannot be canceled or credited.
