STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. FINAL SALE POLICY
ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, INCLUDING ORDERS USING A DISCOUNT CODE ON A SALE DAY, ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
We do not offer refunds. Once your returned package is received, a member of our returns department will inspect it and issue you an online credit.
Any customer who does not adhere to these terms and conditions will incur a 20% penalty/restocking fee on their refund.
Orders with Free Shipping:
Shipping fees will be deducted from your online credit upon return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Sweet Glam Service LLC Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “undeliverable” address.
We process orders as they are received and cannot cancel them after 30 minutes from the time they are placed. Once an order is placed, no alterations or additions can be made.
Sweet Glam Service LLC Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered inside a mailbox or at the shipping address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping information is correct; please note we ship to the address provided at checkout.
We do ship to PO BOXES, APOs, or Postal Boxes. But the costumer assumes full resposibility for te package. Once we provide a tracking for the package. Once we provide a tracking number, our responsibility ends as long as the shipping detail are correct.
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. We are not liable for items that become damaged once worn. You must notify Sweet Glam Service LLC Boutique within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacturing defects or if an item is broken.
Zippers are tested before shipping to ensure proper functionality. We are not responsible if a zipper is broken due to force while trying on the item or if stress tears occur in the seams from forcing a garment that is too tight.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs both ways in the event of a return. If your package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you once it is received and invoice you for the cost of reshipping. If the return period has expired, we will not be able to issue a credit or cancel the order. Sweet Glam Service LLC Boutique is not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or if the package is left unclaimed at the post office.
2. EXCESSIVE RETURNS
If an excessive number of returns is made, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your credit. Should we determine that the volume of returns is excessive, we reserve the right to review your account and decide to refuse service in the future.
3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For international customers:
If your package is held at the post office, it is likely that customs import fees will be due. You will need to cover these fees in order to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to Sweet Glam Service LLC Boutique, we will contact you to reattempt delivery. Shipping rates will apply. Once the allowable return period has passed, we will not be able to cancel or credit the order. Sweet Glam Service LLC Boutique is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or if left unclaimed at the post office.

FINAL SALE POLICY
• All personal shopping products are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed.
WARRANTY & LIABILITY
• If an issue arises with a purchased product, warranty claims must be processed in the United States, following the terms of the specific brand or store from which the item was obtained.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims, especially if located outside the U.S.
• For products like hair tools (e.g., Dyson) or other electronic devices, warranties must be claimed directly with the manufacturer.
• While we will assist you as much as possible in resolving any issues, we assume no responsibility for the outcome of the warranty process. All related costs must be covered by the customer.
INSTALLMENT PLAN
• Installment plans are available exclusively through Customer Service and follow specific conditions:
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve or purchase a product.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before the item is shipped to the customer.
• For products over $1,500, a 45-day installment plan is available, requiring a 30% deposit upfront.
• Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
• If the payment deadline expires, the customer has 30 days to finalize the purchase and claim their product.
• If the item remains unclaimed after 30 days:
• The product will be relisted for sale.
• The original payment is non-refundable.
• The customer may choose another product, but they must pay for it in full, even if the previous item was sold.
SHIPPING POLICY
• Express shipping to Colombia: 3 to 5 business days (shipping fees are covered by the customer). This service covers shipping from the United States to Barranquilla; final delivery to the customer’s city or home is the customer’s responsibility.
• We do ship to P.O. Boxes, but the customer assumes full responsibility for the package. Once we provide a tracking number, our responsibility ends as long as the shipping details are correct.
